    EMX is looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to be an integral part of our Platform Solutions team. Once a sale is made, the PAM is the number one point of contact for the client over the duration of the campaign. Ownership and accountability is crucial to nurturing client relationships and providing the best customer service in the industry. The PAM will also work closely with the VP, Platform Sales and other internal teams ensuring the deal points of each campaign are fully communicated and are met. This is a full-time role based out of our Chicago or New York office, and is an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in digital video advertising in the US.

    • Manage, maintain and grow relationships with key agencies across video & display deals; handle day-to-day requests & optimizations to ensure campaign KPIs are being achieved.
    • Work with Platform Sales team to create unique and customized publisher direct media plans for high profile agencies
    • Provide ongoing management to clients as new features and inventory are added to our repertoire
    • Work closely with Platform sales team to expand revenue streams for existing accounts
    • Become an expert on the use and best practices of EMX
    • Offer clients insight on how to launch and improve campaigns across EMX inventory
    • Work proactively with the EMX programmatic, publisher, media planning, and product account teams
    • Build, Launch and manage campaigns and advise on strategy for new and existing clients.



    • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    • Experience in digital, programmatic account management preferred, 1-3 years in digital advertising industry (past agency, publisher, DSP, network, etc), programmatic ad operations, ad trafficking, or ad technology.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
    • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
    • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Detail and quality oriented; strong organizational skills
    • Effective time management skills ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and adapt to new technologies.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand internal and external needs.
    • Ability to multi-task without allowing performance to suffer.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AppNexus
    • Experience using third party reporting such as DCM and Sizmek a plus.
