    This is the perfect foot in the door role for someone who is excited and passionate about getting into a growing programmatic technology firm that’s changing the way clients and advertisers manage their digital advertising space. This role works with the EMX publisher team and is responsible for managing data; makes determinations of what the data is saying; puts the data in a presentable form and communicates the information and findings. The Publisher Development Analyst is going to be continuously exposed to the ever-evolving digital landscape and all aspects of digital advertising. This is an entry-level role that will report to the Director of Publisher Operations.



    • Key point of contact for new partnership account onboarding, activation, and optimization of associated publishers within the EMX marketplace
    • Responsible for monitoring day to day performance and revenue trends for associated partnership accounts
    • Ensure maximum revenue potential is being delivered for all associated partnership accounts through optimization of existing inventory EMX has the opportunity to monetize as well as identifying new upsell opportunities that can be capitalized with the client.
    • Prepare client facing reports and QBRs
    • Work with the Publisher Development team to provide industry-leading support to our clients
    • Work closely with our Publisher and Demand teams to identify marketplace trends and opportunities


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Science or related discipline
    • Experience and comfortable working with data and numbers
    • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate comfortably in presentations
    • Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Ability to shift gears and adapt to frequent changes in direction and project priorities with ease
    • Work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
    • Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Suites – especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools:
      • AppNexus - ad server of record
      • NetSuite - Internal CRM
      • Biddr360 platform - EMX’s proprietary header bidding product suite
