Role

We are looking for an Account Executive  to take their talents in fast paced and entrepreneurial environments to join the Media Solutions team at ENGINE Group. You must be a self starter with strong negotiation skills who is excited to grow existing business, secure new business, and accelerate awareness of the ENGINE Groups DR distribution channels.  This is a high-growth, relationship driven, consultative sales role requiring industry expertise and a proven track record for driving revenue while developing, negotiating and structuring long-term relationships with clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and close direct brand budgets
  • Manage campaign setup process to ensure campaigns are setup quickly and accurately
  • Media buy on CPA, CPM, and CPC pricing models to back into CPA goals
  • Communicate campaign performance to team which include reporting and analytics
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and provide new solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.
  • Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of online advertising and affiliate marketing industry developments to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Providing performance analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure positive ROI and other company goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a seller
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce, Direct Response, Performance or Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience in performance-based online marketing models (e.g.: CPA, CPI, CPC) 
  • Experience with campaign management & adserving technologies (Everflow, Hasoffers, Cake, Linkshare)
  • Experience working with media buyers in paid social, search, display, or email is preferred 
  • Understands how to develop and execute a sales pipeline and process 
  • Proven track record of success
  • Outstanding communication and written skills 
  • High proficiency in Office 360, Excel and PowerPoint
